Like with lpgauth/shackle#130, I moved type declarations out of header files so modules stop declaring their own copies of the types.
I also created a
#buoy_req{}record for easier matching of requests in my handling of telemetry events fromshackle_telemetry.Please don't merge this before I switch back to using your fork of shackle. I was pointing it at my branch to test out some of the changes in lpgauth/shackle#133
